You may not use Whostpress services to host, store, or transmit any of the following:

5. Fair Resource Usage

Shared hosting plans operate on shared infrastructure. To ensure performance for all customers, the following limits apply:

If your account consistently exceeds these limits, we will contact you and may recommend an upgrade to a larger plan, VPS, or dedicated server.

6. Third-Party Rights

You may not use our services in any way that violates the rights of any third party. We respond to valid DMCA takedown notices and equivalent international processes. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

7. Reporting Abuse

If you believe a Whostpress-hosted site is violating this AUP, please report it to:

8. Enforcement

When we receive a credible report of an AUP violation, our typical process is:

  1. Investigate the report to confirm the violation
  2. Notify the account owner via email and provide a chance to remediate (usually 24-72 hours)
  3. Suspend the account if the violation is not remediated or is severe (immediate suspension for CSAM, active phishing, malware distribution, or court orders)
  4. Terminate the account for repeat offenses or unwillingness to remediate
  5. Report to authorities when required by law (CSAM, terrorism, court orders)

Whostpress does not refund prorated charges for accounts terminated for AUP violations.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active customers via email or via a notice in the customer dashboard. The current version of this AUP is always available at https://whostpress.com/aup.php.
