Over the past few days, some of you may have received unexpected emails from us about failed payments, overdue invoices, or service suspensions. Please be assured: this was caused by an internal payment-system issue on our side — not a problem with your card, your account, or your service.

The issue has now been fully resolved. Your hosting services are active, your data is safe, and your saved payment methods are working again.

What to do if you were affected:

• If your service appears suspended or terminated despite paid invoices — please open a support ticket at https://whostpress.com/supporttickets.php and our team will restore it immediately.

• If an invoice shows as Unpaid even though you've paid via Stripe — open a ticket with the transaction ID and we'll apply the payment to your account.

• If you received a "Payment Failed" email but your card has not been charged — no action is needed; the next billing cycle will process normally.

We sincerely apologize for the confusion these notifications caused. As a goodwill gesture, customers affected by the billing notices will receive an account credit on their next invoice.
