What is your uptime guarantee?

We guarantee 99.9% uptime on shared and WordPress hosting plans, measured per calendar month. If we fall below this, account credits are issued automatically per the Service Level provisions of our Terms of Service.

Where are your servers located?

Our infrastructure is hosted with tier-1 datacenters that meet strict performance, security, and compliance standards. Each customer’s specific server location can be shared on request from our support team.

Are you reseller-friendly?

Yes — we offer Reseller Hosting plans that let you host multiple customer sites under your own brand, with private nameservers and WHM access.

Hosting

Do your hosting prices increase on renewal?

Hosting plans renew at the same price you signed up for — no promo-then-spike pricing. Domain registrations follow standard industry renewal pricing (slightly higher than the first-year promo), and we display both rates clearly during checkout so there are no surprises.

Is an SSL certificate included?

Yes — every hosting plan includes a free SSL certificate (Let’s Encrypt) automatically installed and auto-renewed via cPanel’s AutoSSL. If you need an EV or commercial SSL for compliance, you can purchase one from your client area.

Can I install WordPress?

Yes — WordPress installs in under a minute via the one-click installer (Softaculous) inside your cPanel. You can also install WooCommerce, Joomla, Drupal, Magento, Moodle, OpenCart, and 400+ other applications the same way.

Do you offer free site migration?

Yes — we provide free migration assistance for new customers transferring from another host. After signup, open a support ticket and our team will handle the transfer for you, typically with zero downtime.

Can I host multiple websites on one plan?

Higher-tier shared hosting plans support hosting multiple domains on a single account via cPanel’s Addon Domains feature. The Starter plan is single-domain. See the pricing comparison on the cPanel Hosting page.

What email features are included?

All cPanel hosting plans include unlimited email accounts on your domain, spam filtering (SpamAssassin), webmail (Roundcube), POP3/IMAP/SMTP, autoresponders, and forwarders. We also offer Titan Email upgrades for a more polished business-email experience.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes — you can upgrade at any time from your client area. The change applies immediately with pro-rated billing. No data loss, no migration needed.

Domains

Do I get a free domain with hosting?

Most annual hosting plans include a free domain registration (.com or other supported TLDs) for the first year. The domain renews at the standard rate from year two.

Can I manage DNS records?

Yes — full DNS Management is included free with every domain you register through us. Set A, AAAA, MX, CNAME, TXT, SPF, DKIM, DMARC records directly from your client area. Email Forwarding is also free.

Is ID Protection (WHOIS Privacy) included?

ID Protection is available as an opt-in add-on for $5/year per domain. You can enable or disable it anytime from your domain management page in your client area.

Can I transfer my domain in or out?

Yes — transfers in both directions are supported. To transfer in, just use the domain transfer flow at checkout. To transfer out, request an EPP code from your client area — we never block transfers.

Billing & Account

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Yes — 30-day money-back guarantee on hosting plans (shared, WordPress, cPanel, reseller, professional email). Domain registrations, SSL certificates, dedicated servers, and setup fees are non-refundable per our Refund Policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards through Stripe, plus PayPal. All transactions are processed in USD (United States Dollars).

How do I cancel my service?

Cancel anytime from your client area — no long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. Hosting cancellations within 30 days of initial purchase qualify for a refund per our Refund Policy.

Can I get an invoice for accounting?

Yes — every purchase generates an invoice in your client area, downloadable as PDF. We can also issue custom invoices with VAT/tax IDs on request.

Security & Backups

Do you provide daily backups?

Yes — daily backups are included with all hosting plans, retained for 30 days. You can also request a one-click backup or restore from your cPanel at any time. Additional offsite backup is available via the CodeGuard add-on.

What security features are included?

All plans include Imunify360 malware scanning, automatic kernel updates, DDoS protection at the network edge, ModSecurity (WAF), brute-force login protection, and free Let’s Encrypt SSL. SiteLock is available as a premium add-on for daily site scanning and PCI compliance.

How do I enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?

Enable 2FA from your client area: Account → Security Settings → Two-Factor Authentication. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA on all customer accounts to prevent unauthorized access.

How quickly does support respond?

Typical first-response time is 1–4 hours, available 24/7. The majority of common issues are resolved on the first reply. For urgent issues, mark your ticket as High priority and we’ll escalate immediately.

Can support help me set up my site?

Yes — basic setup (DNS pointing, SSL activation, WordPress install, email configuration) is included free for new customers. Open a ticket and our team will guide you through it. For complex custom development, we can refer trusted partners.
