How long are backups kept?
Retention depends on your storage allowance. Default retention is multiple weeks of daily snapshots so you can roll back to any specific day.
Can I restore a single file or just full sites?
Both. Pick a backup date and either restore everything, or browse the backup and restore just specific files or folders.
What does "staging restore" mean?
Restore a backup to a non-production environment first, verify everything works as expected, then promote to live. Reduces the risk of restoring something broken into production.
Is the data encrypted in transit?
