Service Disruption Notice — Phoenix (AZ1) Datacenter

Thursday, 13th August, 2026 at 22:53pm
⚠ ACTIVE INCIDENT — some services on our Phoenix (AZ1) datacenter are currently offline due to a cooling failure at the facility. Estimated restoration: 2–4 hours from this notice. Customers on our US East (Virginia) infrastructure are not affected.

What happened

At approximately 7:30 AM local time this morning, our Phoenix (AZ1) datacenter began experiencing network disruptions due to a rise in temperature. This was caused by the failure of multiple cooling units within the facility after overnight storms in the area, which eventually caused a shutdown of all equipment in the building — including network providers and power to servers.

Current status

  • Approximately 50% of building cooling is back online
  • Within the next 2–4 hours, on-site engineers expect to regain access to assess the equipment safely
  • Once cleared, network access and server power will be restored progressively

Who is affected

? Affected: customers hosted on our Phoenix (AZ1) legacy infrastructure

? Not affected: customers on our newer US East (Virginia) infrastructure — websites, email, and cPanel are running normally
